Payment Options
We currently accept the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard. We also accept Paypal payments. NOTE: Paypal orders are processed automatically when you submit your order. If you pay with a credit card, we will process your order when we ship.
Sales Tax
We are required to charge 6.75% sales tax on all non-clothing orders shipped to Minnesota addresses. The tax is applied to your order total. Gift certificates are not taxed and we ship them to you FREE!
Return Policy
We know you will love it! But in any case we accept returns for store credit on all merchandise except for sale items and bath and body products. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, returned with tags attached, in original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. You will be issued a store credit for the amount of your order, minus the original shipping fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you must pay to ship your item back to us. Credit expires one year from the issue date.
Write to us here for return instructions. We will provide an address for you to mail your insured and carefully packed item to.
Damaged Items
Please notify us immediately if any part of your order arrives damaged. We will either credit your credit card or Paypal account or ship a replacement item to you.
Shipping Method
Shipping is via USPS Priority or Express Mail; you choose your shipping method at the time of checkout. Shipping costs are based on weight, destination and method. USPS issues an automated email with your delivery confirmation number when your order ships. Delivery confirmation is free but insurance is optional. Delivery times will range from 1-7 business days, depending on your distance from the Twin Cities and shipping method.
We ship deliveries Tues-Fri. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours after receiving the order. If you have not received your order within 5 business days, please contact us and we will track the shipment for you.
Sending a gift?
If you are sending a gift, we will ribbon wrap the item in Truly... style, and if you would like a gift card included, please type in a short note in the comments and we'll handwrite it on a card for you. A gift receipt will be included with the package.
Gift Certificates
Sometimes the perfect gift is one you get to choose...thus gift certificates! We will send a gift certificate hand-printed through First Class Mail to your recipient. It may be redeemed in-store or online, and we can send any amount.

If you are interested in selling at Truly, please call ahead 651.426.8414 to set up an appointment to meet with us. Please refrain from dropping in with samples. Things get busy and we don't always have time to chat & look at things.
